Industrial Engineering Department of Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) organizes the first International Statistics Competition for Engineering Students (ISCE) in Bandung, Indonesia, as a continuation of the Indonesian National Statistics Competition for Engineering Students series (NSCE). UNPAR has hosted the national competition for seven times since its inception in 2005. It is now the time to bring the competition internationally in order to educate global societies the need of Statistics, particularly in the area of engineering. This competition will also be held in conjunction with the second Indonesian Statistical Analysis Conference (ISAC) bounded by a common theme:

“Statistics Application in Supply Chains: Enhancing Global Competitiveness”

We are cordially inviting undergraduate engineering students from all around the world to take part in ISCE 2014.

PRIZES:

1^st Prize = USD 2000 & trophy

2^nd Prize = USD 1200 & trophy

3^rd Prize = USD 750 & trophy

PARTICIPANTS:

2 - 3 undergraduate engineering students per team

Maximum 2 teams per university

Domestic participants = IDR 1.800.000 per team
International participants = USD 200 per team
